  I understand they’re new but I’m disappointed so far. Ordered to-go twice, and both times asked for double chicken and received half of a normal serving. The second time I compared my “double chicken” with my partner who got a normal bowl and my bowl had the chicken thrown on top of my toppings with way less than what his single serving bowl was! For the extra $3.80 on double chicken it’s annoying. And the rice was undercooked and hard both times. Recommend making the line and ordering in person so you can watch and make sure you get your order right.

  I visited the Chipotle in Deltona, around 9:00 p.m. Although some items were already unavailable at that time—such as chips, tortillas, and carne asada—I was still able to order a chicken salad, which I really enjoyed. The food tasted fresh and was well prepared. The restaurant itself is nice and has a pleasant atmosphere. While the dining area was generally clean, there were a few small areas that could use more attention, such as the trash can being full, some tables needing cleaning, and the soda area carpet looking a bit worn. Overall, I liked the food and the location, and with a little more attention to cleanliness and item availability late in the evening, this Chipotle could provide an even better experience.

  This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. We've waited patiently for months for this location to open and we were excited for our first order. We ordered online with an arrival time of 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:32pm. The staff was less than friendly. Plus, I shouldn't need to see an employees entire butt sticking out of his jeans and know what brand of underwear he's got on. We live less than 5 min away and when we got home, both burrito bowls were cold and underfilled. The rice was clumpy and slightly under done. I ordered the steak and only got 4 pieces of tough overdone steak. Such a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, we won't be back until they get this location under control.

  I get this is a new location and expect some hiccups but this location NEEDS HELP and A LOT of it. I ordered online and opted to pickup in store. 1) I arrived at the scheduled pick up time. Didn't see my order at the pickup station so I had to ask someone for help, mind you they saw me standing there and looked the other way. My food was at the drive thru window.... honest mistake but still I shouldn't have to go to someone (that looked at me standing there and turned away) for help. 2) I paid extra to get carne asada.... got 4 whole pieces of steak .... it was fatty/disgusting I threw it away. 3) I paid for guac - no clue what that was. 4) the food was COLD, rice was stale/old/over cooked 5) the chips were STALE, no crunch, no salt... just gross 6) the kitchen area was disorganized.... 7) employees looked miserable If someone is paying attention, this location NEEDS HELP. They need to model themselves after the location on Ball in Sanford.

  I arrived and was told there was no rice and that it would be 20 min wait.. 3 minutes later I am told that actually, the rice is ready. After having the rice out, the server looked at the rice and made a face like it was not cooked. She proceeded to give me a small cup with some to taste. It did in fact taste mushy and undercooked. A third of the rice had hard uncooked grains. They then proceeded to throw both white and brown rice pans away. They also had the SAME gentleman that messed up the last batch, start another batch of rice. I was not able to get my own bowl since they did not have any rice. Several other customers also walked out because of this. Unfortunately, I had already placed a pick up order 20 minutes prior for the rest of my family. Two burritos and two kids meals. All had that uncooked rice inside of them. We had to throw most of the food away. This is my second visit to this location. Sucks that we finally get a Chipotle in town and both visits were horrible. Will have to take the drive to Deland or Sanford for slightly, slightly better quality food. Where has the quality of Chipotle gone all these years?
