  This is what we got in my daughter kids meal . This is not the first time they messed up an online order . This is not acceptable. I can't even get a hold of the store. This needs to be fixed

  The veggies most of the time are burned large chunks of black stuff from the grill. Sometimes the chicken and veggies are so salty you cannot eat them.I was there last night horrible taste of burnt flavor.last time going back. They don't know What there doing clean your grill people. .

  I mean just look at the ratings. Says all you need to know about this location. It should be one star and that's entirely your staffs fault. This place is a disaster every time. Where is management here? Never see one. They should be fired for running such a trash operation. Spend the extra 5 minutes and go to the DeLand location is night and day difference. They're wonderful in DeLand.

  This is a fairly new Chipotle and it has gone down hill fast. We went at 8:30 last night and they were out of several things. No kids taco kits they put my food in the little plastic cup so that is already less food then the cashier said they were out of kids chips so I said you have chips on the shelf so that’s what I would like…she gave me a dirty look and finally gave me a bag. They were also out of vinaigrette. The pintos were so spicy. All meats but the chicken were almost empty. The chicken was very dry. My husband got a bowl the guy barely got any beans they were out of black beans. The people in line ahead of us got the scraps in the bottom of the steak and very little. The peppers and onions looked old and burnt. Also the soft taco shells have shrunk. Very disappointed.

  Been to this location twice since it's opened. Both times I've had issues with my order. First time we dined in and they refused to make the kids order for my son. We had to ask to make him a small quesadilla for him and with many eyerolls and complaints the eventually made one for us. The same order, my wife's barbacoa was mostly fat. The next time, I ordered a burrito with chicken, black beans, cheese, and guac. They added, for no reason lettuce, tomatoes, and rice. The chicken also had a ton of fat gristle in it. I also ordered a large bag of chips for my son and I to share, but got a small, stale bag of chips. I'm not bothering to call the store to address my issues because I know nothing will be done. As others have said, don't bother with this location and choose literally any other location for your Chipotle. You'll get what you actually order and quality (rather, actual) customer service.
