  Ordered 2 turkey subs for pickup. Did not have turkey and asked if ham was okay and I said sure. Came back 5 min later and stated there was no ham either. I asked for a refund and person stated they were not trained enough to give a refund. I called the next day and they said they processed the refund and I should see it in 3 days. It has been almost a week and no refund. They are also horrible at answering the phone. I did eventually receive a call back from a supervisor who stated that only the owner has the authority to give refunds. The owner however, appears to never be in store, won’t call me back personally, and has yet to issue a refund.

  They close at 9:30 while they supposed to stay open until 10:00 as it's mentioned!!
