- SSStefymo5 days ago5.0I’ve been hearing a lot about Qdoba Mexican Eats and I’m really glad I finally tried it. I was seriously impressed. The queso is way fresher than other places and they have both regular and spicy. I got the regular and it was so good. The surf and turf bowl with steak and shrimp was fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. Staff was super friendly, and if you sign up for rewards you get free chips and queso which is a nice bonus. The shaved ice was amazing too. Honestly, this might be my new go-to. Way better than Chipotle in my opinion.

Expected it to be busy to my surprise one person ahead of us. 3 workers all very polite and meant well but the food station was a disaster and out of everything. Wanted white rice on burrito had to wait 2 mins for refill, no problems I understand it’s a busy day. Wanted black beans wait another few mins, again no problem worker kept apologizing. Wanted chicken they were completely out of chicken and asked me to wait another 6-8 mins… politely told them I am just gonna go somewhere else, workers meant well but POORLY ran. Way too dirty and not managed properly and none of the food was out ready to serve customers…. At dinner time on national burrito day… needs new owner or a new food spot ready to serve.

It's burrito Day and they're offering two for one burritos and they have one person working the whole restaurant. They are out of everything. I asked the manager what the problem was and he said oh it comes from above me. Why wouldn't you have more staff on a day it's burrito day? Why would you have one person making the bowls and checking everyone out? This is the worst counter-order restaurant experience I have had in my entire life this place should be shut down immediately.

She always remembers my order too! My order is always fresh, made right, and comes out fast. The restaurant is clean, and the portions are great! I also love their queso!

The chicken was the best I have had, so he did a phenomenal job on that. As a first time customer, I had lots of questions about the menu and he did not hesitate to answer all my questions with a smile on his face I cannot be happier with my experience. He made it so easy for me to wanna come back again. Good job Ayden!
