    HAIR IN THE FOOD THIS TIME! Plus wilted brown lettuce and spoiled cucumbers in the salad… we have NEVER had a dinner here that was not missing items, spoiled, or incorrect (wrong food, etc). Now we have hair in our food and salad ingredients that should’ve been thrown out days ago. By the way, we purchased this dinner with the “credit” that the last manager gave us from our terribly incorrect order the last time (December 2025 - 3 months ago - he didn’t seem surprised, but begged us to give them another chance). I only spoke up after several orders that all had problems/spoiled/incorrect food previously. We are only here half the year, and order maybe 2-3 times throughout that season, and we usually order for pick up to bring home so we don’t know these issues until we get home. After 3-4 orders with issues over the last couple years, I finally went back and said something… that’s when the manager gave us these gift cards/credits begging us to give them one more chance… now we get home and have hair in our food. None of us have this color or length of hair. Side note: the girl who works the curbside delivery is so kind and sweet. But the kitchen and management needs attention.

    We usually dine in at the East Delray location. However, our schedules didn’t allow us to last night so I decided to order curbside for the family. We had a pretty large order for a family of seven. At pick up I usually check anytime I decide curbside from anywhere. I usually stay away from it due to the orders always missing something. But last night it was so much food I tried my luck and decided not to. I just knew I’d regret it. But I crossed my fingers and hoped it was all in there. Needless to say, it was! There was a young man by the name of Jaylen who greeted me. I was shocked to see he was working it alone but had it under control. He assured me that our to go order was complete. So I left. When I got home and everyone got their food… he was right! It was all there and nobody was missing a thing! Jaylen was pleasant and professional in the fast paced setting where several people were picking up their orders. Such a great young man!
