  Drive thru wait times are horrible, employees clear the order before giving you your food and then ask what you have over and over, ordering thru drive thru you can't even finish your order without them interrupting, you have to repeat yourself multiple times. Overall this place can do much better

  1:05am 03/23/2026 arrived at drive thru at 12:07am after placing a mobile order on my phone. When I arrived drive thru didn’t move at all for over 35 minutes. Then one car would move at a pace of about 10 minutes per spot. When I finally arrived to the window they didn’t even have my mobile order anymore and the 2 ladies working at the window started swearing under their breath about me as if I was bothering them when I showed them I did indeed have a mobile order. I also watched them have an altercation with the car in front of me before I got to the window and heard them yelling at the person in the car it was a younger girl and her friend in the vehicle. This location seems to always have issues and I have a feeling a lot of that is a direct result of the team members. Really unfortunate that a few bad apples can completely destroy the reputation of a franchise and a location that is home to many.

  45 minutes drive thru hasn’t moved an inch 12/23 I’ve watched multiple people get out of their vehicles and walk around the building and they have come back to report it looks like no one is even inside working??? It’s 12:45 am at time of writing this on 12/23, what’s going on McDonald’s people?

  Sunday March 22nd/early morning of 23rd at 12:10am of the 23rd Sunday night technically Monday now. Drive thru was not moving at all for well over 35 minutes after I had already placed a mobile order from down the street. Absolutely no idea what’s going on but the shift members on this night certainly need to be asked what was going on because this is unacceptable.

  It never fails every time I come to this McDonald's there is always something wrong with my order. The hash browns were over cooked to the point that they might as well have been bricks while somehow a grease sponge. The eggs were awful some how the top half is undercooked while the bottom cooked to the point of being dry. Thankfully the pancakes and biscuit were both great. They also forgot to give me utensils which were definitely needed seeing as how I got a big breakfast with hotcakes.
