  I went through the drive-thru with my wife today. When we paid, the person at the window told us that the transaction hadn't gone through—which was completely false, because when we checked our bank account, the transaction had clearly been processed. I asked to speak to the store manager, who approached us aggressively right from the start and repeated the same claim; he wouldn't even look at the proof of the bank transaction, nor did he bother trying to resolve the issue. He then shouted at his entire staff not to give us our food. Because of this, we decided to leave the premises; at that moment, the manager began to mock us and yell insults. This prompted me to get out of my car to confront him, at which point he started hurling racial slurs and pointing his finger in my face. He then stepped out of the store, seemingly looking for a physical fight. I simply cannot understand how they allow someone like this to hold a management position; clearly, they have no regard for their customers.

  I usually stop by McDonald's after a long day at work, especially when I get home late and just want something quick and easy. The food is what you'd expect--consistent and convenient. The cashier experience hasn't always been great, as the attitude when taking orders can come off a bit impatient or unfriendly at times. However, I will say that the people handing out the food are very nice and much more pleasant to interact with, which makes a positive difference. I understand fast food can be stressful, especially during busy hours, but a little friendliness at the ordering stage would really improve the overall experience. I'll still come back for the convenience, but there's definitely room for improvement in service.

  Used the mobile app. Waited curbside for 10 minutes fir them to bring it out. Went inside to get the order and it took another 5 minutes after I asked for my order to get it. Made me late fir my appointment.

  I order ahead, and yet I still find myself sitting and waiting for my order. Ordered WELL before i left to go to the location, while sitting waiting for my order i see a third employee park next to me at the curbside pickup parking and park there. I'm sorry but isn't that space SPECIFICALLY for customers?? Why on earth are y'all allowing this nonsense?

  LONGEST WAIT TIMES, no matter what time or day you go. The employees have no regard for anyone elses time. NOTHING fast about the service here.
