  Today, February 17th, at 12:39 PM, I was there and the girl who served me ruined my food. The fries had sugar and salt in them, and the BBQ sauce was way too spicy. I had to throw it away. It's disrespectful to mess with food like that. I will never go back to this place. She's arrogant, she seemed annoyed. You can see the videos of how disrespectfully she treated us.

  Ordered on line for a 5:30 pm pick up. Told system crashed nothing could be done. At 6: 45 pm walked out. Well yes something could be done like offer refund and say sorry. Nothing was offered if you left your pre paid is lost no refund. We left how long does one wait. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will return to speak to the manager. This is no way to run a business. - will not leave name, initials are J. B. When I stop in to speak to manager please remember me. ********Never heard from anyone absolutely terrible *******

  I went late at night, past 11pm on a Thursday so I did not experience a long wait like I have seen on the reviews. I only talked to the one employee that handed me my to-go order, which was made on time. The order was correct and the wings were delicious, best lemon pepper wings I have ever had. I hope they can rise above the staffing issues they are having, there is a lot of potential and the location is great. I’ll def be back for more!

  I ordered 20 wings, and the order was promptly delivered. However, the taste was disappointing. The buffalo wings lacked the characteristic flavor, as if they had been sitting for an extended period and were only reheated quickly. The Hawaiian wings were a combination of buffalo and Hawaiian flavors, but at this point, the distinction is negligible. The fries were seasoned with sugar and salt, which I found unappealing. In my opinion, it is advisable to seek out a different establishment for more satisfactory wings.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Employees are rude and look like they dont even want to be there. When i walked in on 1/26/26 at 3:30pm for my pickup order it smelled like Straight Weed in the store. Other customers were in the store and were also talking about the strong smell. One of the employees that walked up to me to hand me my order had the STRONGEST smell of weed, looked high, and was very rude.
