  Ordered 2 turkey subs for pickup. Did not have turkey and asked if ham was okay and I said sure. Came back 5 min later and stated there was no ham either. I asked for a refund and person stated they were not trained enough to give a refund. I called the next day and they said they processed the refund and I should see it in 3 days. It has been almost a week and no refund. They are also horrible at answering the phone. I did eventually receive a call back from a supervisor who stated that only the owner has the authority to give refunds. The owner however, appears to never be in store, won’t call me back personally, and has yet to issue a refund.

  Edit on August 20, 2022. Went there again the other day, the employee was sitting outside and yelled "we ain't go no bread!" Lol 🤣 wow this place is getting worse Terrible service. Lady there is always in a mood. Replace her immediately. I came here a bunch of times and sometimes when it rains it leaks all over the counter where the food is.

  This is not a Subway outlet I would ever visit again. The blatant disregard of the employees, who refuse to wear masks is likely a violation of health codes in Palm Beach County. I wouldnt even think of ordering from this location if you're concerned about contracting COVID-19, Hepatitis or any other airborne illness. The attitude of the employees is another reason no one should consider patronizing this store. Aside from their total disregard for the health code, tt's pretty clear from what I witnessed that these folks aren't interested in working all that hard. When I asked why an internet order wasn't ready or even started there were more lame excuses thrown at me. I will reaching out to the Palm Beach County Department of Health to make them aware this matter..
