While we were trying to decide on our order, the employee was extremely rude and impatient, telling us to “hurry up” because she didn’t have time. We felt rushed even though we were just looking at the menu to make our selections. When I asked why we were being rushed, the employee responded with hostility, mentioning her long work hours, and then began cursing at us. This behavior felt unprofessional and uncalled for. While I understand that everyone can have tough days, customers should not be treated disrespectfully. Good customer service is key to creating a welcoming environment, and experiences like this discourage people from returning. Customers should feel comfortable taking a moment to review the menu without being pressured or disrespected.
