    Service is horrible over 10 minutes on hold is ridiculous work. Was not able to even place an order need to train more people.

    Old guy who works at the store was inconsiderate, as he got impatient with how long my friend and I took to decide our order. We did not take longer than 3 minutes, and there was no one behind us in line, but this old guy managed to express his impatience with us three times, saying things like, "are you okay?" And, "can you make up your mind?" After all that, he still got the order wrong. I don't usually set high standards for a food establishment such as Papa John's, but this guy somehow still managed to surprise me with his terrible service. I would not recommend this location. It might be the worst service I've gotten from Papa John's so far.

    Very deceiving with promotion. First and last time, will never go back to papa John's again. After checking on line what I purchased at regular price, it came up to the same with the buy one get one free.
