When I called back for an update, staff were rude and hung up on me. The pizza arrived unsealed, and the crust was burnt. A refund was promised but never provided. The delivery driver was great and not at fault, but the restaurant’s communication, food quality, and handling of the situation were extremely poor. I’ve been a long-standing customer, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

When my girlfriend politely called to explain the situation and ask how they planned to address the inconvenience, the employee responded with “Well, what do you want me to do?” and then hung up on her. Completely unprofessional. “Better ingredients, better pizza” — only better than Domino’s, and that’s not saying much. Do yourself a favor and get real pizza elsewhere.
