When I arrived, the person at the counter wasn’t doing anything but didn’t acknowledge me or offer any help. I stood there waiting, and after a while I had to call out to get their attention. The woman just said, “Wait a second,” with no sense of urgency or customer service. I understand places can get busy, but this wasn’t the case — it simply felt like they didn’t care. There was no greeting, no effort, and no apology for the wait. It completely ruined the experience for me. I really hope the management improves their staff’s attitude toward customers because this kind of service is unacceptable.

Felt the pizza had a really big width in just crust, limited cheese and limited sauce. Hope you all make the necessary adjustments cause the pizza was phenomenal before this. Will give you the benefit of the doubt and will place another order. Keep up the good work you were doing before!

I order a papa dia with all the cheese I can get and they have been extremely light on the cheese lately, the one I got today was even burned and misshapened. I am not sure what has changed but I think I might wait til after the holidays to see if there has been any turn over and hopefully the quality will go back up. If not, I’ll see if my old Dominos down the street has gotten any better - they are closer anyways.
