When I called back for an update, staff were rude and hung up on me. The pizza arrived unsealed, and the crust was burnt. A refund was promised but never provided. The delivery driver was great and not at fault, but the restaurant’s communication, food quality, and handling of the situation were extremely poor. I’ve been a long-standing customer, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Completely unprofessional. “Better ingredients, better pizza” — only better than Domino’s, and that’s not saying much. Do yourself a favor and get real pizza elsewhere.
