Avacados were hard as a rock and inedible (wish you would have just told us you were out of those too instead of adding them to our sandwhich).

I called to inform the manager about the issue, but the response I received was completely inappropriate for the situation. I found out that they didn’t forget the ingredient; they simply didn’t have it in stock but chose to sell the sandwich anyway. Unbelievable. They should have either informed me that the sandwich was unavailable or at least given a heads-up about the missing ingredient. After reading other reviews, it seems I should probably avoid this place in the future. Panera Bread is a great; while their prices are not cheap, I just wasted $27 on two bland sandwiches. Given their prices, they should maintain high standards for every single guest.
