  Unfortunately, I received the WORST customer service at this location and I am beyond shock especially due to the location and demographics of this Dunkin Donuts. I decided to cancel the order as I received a lack of professional service for my coffee and donuts. I was informed there was no donuts at all except blueberry glazed… strange but okay. I decided to leave the drive through line and call the store to speak to the manager and the same girl who spoke to me disgustingly at the drive thru was the same who answered the phone and boy was she nasty.. she questioned me why I wanted her name and the manager then proceeded to tell me that there was no manager at the location.. she claims her name is LEX.. although I don’t believe her and nor feel she is professional enough to be truthful this is what she stated was her name. LEX lacks professionalism and the mental capacity to understand that customer service is a must in this industry and I am appalled that she even has this job. Same on her for how she is representing Dunkin Donuts. I do believe she needs extension training on how to handle the drive through line and phone etiquette. I will be contacting corporate to arrange a better outcome after such a horrible experience.

  I've come here multiple times and I am always disappointed. The line backs up and the order takes so long. Then when you finally get it the drinks have been awful. Hardly any flavor, just slightly warm, all milk, does not taste like any other dunkin store recipes. And my breakfast sandwich was burned. Honestly terrible all around.

  Easily one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. I waited about 10 minutes, asked for an everything bagel, and was told they were out. When I asked what they did have, the employee listed several options — including plain. But the second I ordered the plain bagel, she snapped, “I said I was out of plain bagels.” I understand long lines can be frustrating, and dealing with people isn’t always easy, but that doesn’t justify a snappy reply or that kind of rude demeanor — especially when the confusion came from what she said. This was the first time I’ve ever driven away from a drive-thru because of how rude someone was. Terrible service and a complete waste of time. Management needs to seriously address who they’re putting on drive-thru, because that attitude is unacceptable. Reconsider who you’re hiring or close the place down

  Extremely rude through the drive through. It is inappropriate to yell through the microphone when someone says they cannot hear what you’re saying. So disrespectful that I just left. Not trying to get spit in my drink and not willing to risk it. Fix your employee attitude with customers or lose business.

  Every table was dirty. I had to ask them to clean. Napkin dispenser empty. My bagel & egg order was wrong two times.
