First time in my life that the front cashier see a customer & is literally eating a sandwich as she’s taking orders. Then she proceeds to sip her drink & after she finishes chewing she asks what I wanted. Then as I was swiping my card she grabs her phone & proceeds to text & reads the response before I had to grab my receipt & walked away. Definitely a first for me but didn’t seem to bother any one of the employees so maybe she’s the owner & doesn’t care enough?

They gave it to me missing a bit of the seltzer water so I said hey it's not full and they said new policy. I've been coming to Dunkin's for over 2 years and never have had this issue; in fact 15 minutes later I am at a different store with my drink the right way. They refused to fix it and refund my drink and wouldn't give me info on the store # so I could get it refunded. Extremely rude and just not professional by the manager. Believe her name was Karla; everyone else was friendly and helpful.
