    tried to place an order, they took my money then called me and said they would not be delivering my order. The person who called was rude and yelled at me and talked to me like I was a moron. When I asked for my money back she said they are keeping the money and not delivering anything.

    I would like to formally recognize Abel, the manager at this Domino’s location, for his exceptional leadership, professionalism, and operational excellence. Although the Linton location is much closer to my home, I consistently choose to come to this branch specifically because of Abel. The quality of service, organization, and overall experience under his management is noticeably superior. Abel is not only highly skilled in pizza preparation and kitchen management, but he also demonstrates outstanding customer service, problem-solving ability, and team leadership. His communication style is confident, respectful, and solution-oriented, creating a positive environment for both customers and staff. What truly sets Abel apart is his ability to improve overall store performance. His recommendations, efficiency strategies, and attention to detail significantly enhance service quality and operational standards. Every visit under his management is smooth, fast, and enjoyable. In my professional opinion, Abel is more than ready for a Supervisor or Regional Leadership role. He would be an excellent asset to other locations, including the Linton branch, where his expertise could elevate performance and training standards. Domino’s would strongly benefit from having Abel lead training programs across multiple stores. His knowledge, work ethic, and customer-focused mindset reflect the highest standards of the brand. If Domino’s is looking for a future leader, Abel is absolutely the right choice.

    Order a pizza on a Tuesday at 9:15pm, delivery ETA 9:40pm. They finally assigned me a driver at 9:40 PM. I’m watching the tracker go up and down the street passing my house and finally at 10 PM I called the location for them to tell me that they still have my order in the store. And it should be an extra 10 minutes for me to get it so I literally had to wait an hour for a pizza on a Tuesday night.. I understand if this was a weekend, but I’m also confused why they would turn on a tracker for my delivery when it hasn’t even left the store. is it so corporate doesn’t see that you guys are an hour behind the deliveries while you’re quoting 30 minutes?
