- HHHernando6 days ago1.0I’m really disappointed with the service at Chipotle lately. The customer service has been consistently poor, and the portion sizes are never equal. One visit you might get a decent serving, and the next time it’s noticeably less for the same price. It’s frustrating because consistency should be a basic expectation. What made this experience even worse is that I ordered my usual meal through uber it was before lunch time, and the portion was even smaller than when ordering in person. Paying full price and receiving significantly less food is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of consistency in serving sizes and the poor customer service make this a very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate because I used to enjoy eating here, but lately it feels like customers aren’t being valued.

It is no surprise their stock is in the toilet. It's obvious management doesn't read or care about all these bad reviews. If I were the owner? I would fire the entire staff and start over. I am now a loyal customer of CAVA in delray. WAY better food and experience.
