The food was cold and too spicy! The place is poorly run! The soda was flat no carbonation! There was no napkins or forks! I got fed up and threw my dinner in the garbage and the bathroom was extremely dirty and disgusting! I will not return!

I do not eat at Chipotle very much, but was in town for business and wanted to try the carne asada bowl. I was extremely dissapointed when I got back to the hotel. First, it says that napkins and untensils were included, but there was neither. Luckily I was able to get a fork from the hotel staff. Second, what I got was a big bowl of rice and some veggies. There was very little cheese or sour cream. What I was craving the most was the meat. However, It looked nothing like you see on TV, the pieces were very small, and few and far between. NO THANKS! I have no desire to go back to Chipotle in the future. The price was good and that is about it.

I recently visited Chipotle to place an order in person, and my experience started off a little unusual. When I walked in, there were two employees standing at the front, and neither of them immediately acknowledged me or seemed ready to take my order. They were not occupied with other customers or tasks, which made the moment feel a bit awkward, as if no one really wanted to step forward and assist. It created a slightly uncomfortable first impression and gave the vibe that customer interaction was not a priority in that moment. A simple greeting or prompt acknowledgment would have made the experience feel much more welcoming.
Once the ordering process actually began, things improved. The food itself was very good and definitely lived up to Chipotle’s reputation. The ingredients tasted fresh, the bowl was assembled well, and the portion size was generous. I particularly enjoyed the new Chipotle sauce, which added a nice flavor boost and tied the whole meal together perfectly. The quality of the food really stood out, and I left satisfied with the taste and portion size.
One thing I did notice, however, is the price. Paying around seventeen dollars for a single bowl does feel slightly on the expensive side. I understand that prices everywhere have been rising, and the portion was solid, but it still feels like a stretch for a fast-casual meal. It would be great to see pricing be a little more reasonable or to have some value-focused options for customers who enjoy Chipotle regularly.
Overall, I would give my experience a solid seven out of ten. The food was fresh and delicious, and the new sauce was a great addition, but the lack of initial customer engagement and the high price point stopped it from being a perfect visit. With just a bit more attention to customer interaction at the start and some thought toward pricing, this location could offer an even better overall experience. I will still return because the food itself is consistently good, but I hope to see a more welcoming atmosphere on my next visit.

Went to this location for the first time tonight. I spent about 35 minutes in line for a bowl. I felt terrible for the man on the front line. He was the only one helping customers, while everyone else was lingering around. Food was everywhere on the front line and on the middle counter. There was a line of 5 people, and there was only one guy helping out. Every table was messy, the utensil station was nearly empty, and the drink station was a mess :(
I’m frustrated about my experience, but I ultimately feel terrible about the one worker being the only one making food. I hope this location gets some help.
