  GF picked up three Blizzards for takeout yesterday and on my first spoonful got a disgusting hair in my mouth, no idea what body part it originated from. Threw it away immediately — $6 down the drain. I’ve brought my whole baseball team here a few times after wins before(spending like $80), but this is unacceptable and I won’t be coming back unless they fix hygiene and training issues. Getting a hair on the first bite makes me wonder if this was an accident or a straight prank, which is just gross, but I wasn’t there so I can’t say for sure. Sad to see a place I used to support ruin a customer’s trust. One star.

  The food menu is just for show. No food here, just ice cream. Why have a food menu up above the counter if they don't even serve food? Lame.

  Outstanding service at Dairy Queen! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My order came out quickly, and everything was perfect. Alex went above and beyond to make sure to provide a positive atmosphere. This level of service truly makes a difference! Great Job, Alex! Thank you. I’ll definitely come back!
