  I came in on 4/7 to order what I always get which is either a burrito or tacos with just chicken and rice (no beans, cheese, salsa, or anything else). For this order, I am always charged for a “chicken 3-pointer.” However, this time around the cashier and assistant manager told me that 3-pointers only apply to bowls, which has never been my experience in over 10 years of ordering this exact meal. I called customer service to get clarification and they confirmed I was correct: tortilla = 0 points, chicken = 2, rice = 1, making my order a 3-pointer. When I went back to explain this, the assistant manager insisted I had never ordered tacos or a burrito with just chicken and rice at that location and been charged as a 3-pointer. That was extremely frustrating, especially since I had been there on 3/15 and 3/25, ordered the exact same thing, and was charged for a 3-pointer both times. What bothered me most was not just the disagreement, but being told my experience wasn’t true. Instead of even attempting to de-escalate the situation, the assistant manager rudely doubled down and essentially called me a liar, despite me showing proof of past charges. Clearly I’m not the only one who has had issues at this location recently as all the reviews below mine are 1 star as well. *Pictures show 2 recent charges at this exact location being $8.52 which is the cost of a chicken 3-pointer at this location. Another picture is an email from Chipotle customer service showing in writing how the point system works confirming that my specific order should be classified as a 3-pointer. The last image is my receipt from another location shortly after this exchange, same order, showing that I was correctly charged for a 3-pointer like I always am for my order

  I’m sorry I love chipotle but today at around 5 we went there and the holding food bins had food all over it . Chicken basically empty. guacamole on the counter and lettuce not cleaned at all . Very unappetizing. . I left , I wouldn’t order

  I’m really disappointed with the service at Chipotle lately. The customer service has been consistently poor, and the portion sizes are never equal. One visit you might get a decent serving, and the next time it’s noticeably less for the same price. It’s frustrating because consistency should be a basic expectation. What made this experience even worse is that I ordered my usual meal through uber it was before lunch time, and the portion was even smaller than when ordering in person. Paying full price and receiving significantly less food is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of consistency in serving sizes and the poor customer service make this a very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate because I used to enjoy eating here, but lately it feels like customers aren’t being valued.

  If you have not realized it by now? Chipotle is in the trash. Poor customer service, they are still being cheap and stingy with protein portions. It is no surprise their stock is in the toilet. It's obvious management doesn't read or care about all these bad reviews. If I were the owner? I would fire the entire staff and start over. I am now a loyal customer of CAVA in delray. WAY better food and experience.
