  The people hear Mae you feel bad for ordering from where they work. I don’t know if they’re not happy with their job, but it suck’s going in and getting an attitude and ordering from someone who is giving rude stares the entire time. Don’t know if anyone who care will read this, but this location is TERRIBLE

  Sadly, I saw an employee scoop rice off of the person in front of me's flour tortilla and put it back in the rice basket. Which contaminated the whole rice basket with gluten. Unfortunately, having a gluten allergy, this made me wary of everything in the restaurant after that. I ended up not eating my meal and giving it to a friend in fear of having a reaction. If they did that to the rice, how much of the other food has been contaminated and scooped back after touching other food? If you have food allergies, I would avoid this location until they train their staff better on food and allergy safety.

  Order 2 bowls asked for half chicken and steak and they charged me extra chicken when i never said extra chicken . Didnt want to give me refund kept the food told me to call customer service for refund i call customer service for refund waste my time for 15min to say no refund. Make that make sense no food and chipotle kept $30.40 employees were disrespectful avoid this place !

  Charged me extra chicken asked for money back said no called the police instead call chipotle and no money back stay away from chipotle 😒 NEVER AGAIN will dispitute with my bank MANAGER AND THE WORKERS ARE LOSERS AND DISRESPECTFUL TOO !!

  Tonight I now know why chipotle is going down and less people are coming in. The staff members that verbally harassed me tonight need to be fired. The young black male worker tried to over charge me for my protein....I ended up going down the street to CAVA for the 1st time and was VERY glad I did. I will now be going to CAVA a couple times a week where the staff is happy to give you generous portions and not argue with you. Chipotle is officially a trash operation. You think they would train their staff on portions after chipotle went viral on social media for screwing customers on protein portions? I am never coming back!
