  The lady at the counter was extremely rude and we asked for sauce she said we have to pay but the kids didn’t get the sauce that was on the receipt when she lied and said it was in the bag when it wasn’t. If she don’t like her job don’t have it

  I have money on my debit card. More than what my order is and they won't let me order any food, my bank says I can use it and they don't know why the Wendy's in DeLand Florida won't let me use it. I've called both stores because they won't let me order food but both stores go to voicemail and won't answer me to make an order both stores are garbage

  by far the dingiest, nastiest, stankest Wendy's ive ever set foot in. the mildew aroma gave me a headache just using the restroom...one of which, had urine all over the floor in front of the toilet. just nasty. Kids meal had no toy inside. food is rather cold, buns rather stale, meat very dry, lettuce brown and limp. disappointing in every aspect..

  Definitely will not be back to this location. The lettuce on my burger was bad and I ended up picking all the toppings off. The employee was rude when I asked for some ketchup. The inside is dirty. All over just a bed experience.

  I genuinely had one of the most amazing fast food experiences ever. I was helped by a lovely young man named Manny or something, he was such a delight and seemed to actually care about the customer service I received. Food was amazing, seemed fresh, and my burger was deliciously juicy. 10/10 would go again especially thanks to Manny !
