  Came at 12:30 to get dinner and every time my burrito has beans and I can't eat beans so there goes one thing and my chalupa shell is always over cooked and crunchy I love taco bell but this is getting out of hand because it seems to be every time we go out something is wrong

  Just came in for lunch the food was excellent and the staff was really funny and uplifting! I will definitely return!

  I come to this one all the time, food is what you expect but the service is always good. The staff is friendly, I went last night and there was only a few cars in line but it took 20 minutes ; I could hear the car in front of me was being rude but the workers were very nice to me . They also gave me a few free taco coupons , that’s what customer service is! Good job

  In the last three times of trying to come here i have had my food made wrong and this time we were met with rudeness and arguments. I have simple requests of not being able to have dairy. I make it very clear but each time i have to go in to get it corrected. This visit it was made wrong twice and they argued with my husband. We won’t be back to this location.

  Tons of employees in the back and noone was acknowledging anyone in the lobby. When someone did finally come up is was to very snappily and dismissively tell all of us waiting "you have to order at the kiosk" and then walked away mumbling things. She didn't bother to ask anyone what they needed. Had she she would've know that the lady standing next to us had a pickup order she got in drive through that was wrong. The 5 of us in my pary walked out and went across the street to Wendy's where they were fantastic and kind.
