  Forgot multiple items after repeating the order to me twice. Im wanting a refund and to talk and their phone number goes straight to busy line.

  You can literally stand there for 15 to 20 minutes and have every single employee ignore you. I pay cash will not use a credit for debit card and they expect everybody to go in there and check in and out yourself with a credit or debit card and I only have cash. The quality of the food is a tremendously gone way downhill through the years. Entire staff is not friendly or welcoming.

  I don’t expect 5 Star Michelin quality when going to a Mcdonald’s, but I do expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Upon my arrival I was greeted with an attitude which I brushed off as nothing but it quickly became the first red flag to a terrible experience. I used the Mcdonald’s app to redeem my reward for ice cream (i ordered an ice cream cone) and they waited until after I had used my points and ordered to tell me that the ice cream machine was down. I usually wouldn’t mind a small mistake but the workers were very rude and didn’t bother hearing me out and wouldn’t even believe that I used my points even with evidence. The lady at the first window literally lied to the manager claiming that I didn’t even stop my vehicle when I distinctly remember stopping, redeeming my reward and once I saw the points leave my account she said “okay you can go ahead”. The manager kept on claiming that the Mcdonald’s app was a separate entity and that she couldn’t just give me “free” food. I’m extremely disappointed about the experience, it’s not about money it’s about the principle. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I’ve never even left a google review before, but this really stuck with me because I’ve been going through a really rough time and small things like this can really push people over the edge. Do better.

  I don't have a problem in McDonald's. I ordered pick up. I got home and I was missing my son's chicken nuggets. I've looked everywhere on the app and it's as if they make it impossible to easily find a way to get your money back without taking enormous amounts of your time calling. You think a large corporation would be much more efficient than this? I will just do a charge back when the charge back posts. I'm not reading this specific location as poor service but McDonald's corporate.

  Another great McDonalds experience. Use the app for convenience they say... it'll be great they say. Ha ha. We used the app and got diverted with literally every other car that came through the drive thru. Then waited 9 minutes for our food. Hooray, its not hot! How great to wait longer here than Chilis only to receive cold trash. Thanks McDs! Sure hope you hit the drive thru numbers!
