  Twenty minute to get my order of five cheeseburgers. Man just came in and ordered on the kiosk got his food. I had to ask again for my order.

  This location is horrible with paying attention to order modifiers or even just giving out the correct order. Especially with MOBILE orders. Be better off standing behind the counter myself, staring at the underpaid kid making my food than trusting them to do the correct thing. I went through the drive thru earlier tonight to pick up my mobile order. Was a daily double meal deal, add ketchup, add mustard, add pickle. No salt on the fries w an apple juice and crispy chili sauce. Along with 5 regular cheese burgers, *just* ketchup and onion. Bag felt light but we were tired and in a rush to get home. Nor did we feel like arguing either. My daily double that the only reason i got instead of the 6$ option because it had tomatoes; had only, small ketchup, small mustard, one pickle, one sliver of onion and about, I would want to say, 3 SERVINGS OF MAYONNAISE. You could've called it the mccreampie and id have believed you. No tomato, no lettuce in sight. My fries? Cold and very salty. My nuggets at the very least were fresh but, oh! No sauce. Luckily I had plenty of mayonnaise to dip them in after scraping majority of it off of my burger. All five of my cheeseburgers were only ketchup. Two had what looked like someone thought we had asked for no onion amd wrapped them before they could fix completely. This is my local mcdonald's. They always mess up. They do not offer good service or food. You are lucky if you get your order within 10 mins. I had been put into their curbside drive thru section for 20 mins before I drove around and raised hell at the box. In short, if you choose this mcdonald's, know that you are getting subpar quality in service and food on a fast food level bar. Which is low to begin with but for the prices they are charging, you are better off going to one of the local restaurants in the area or making food yourself. You will be lucky if you even get edible food from this establishment. At the very least, I wont run out of mayonnaise and my dog has a French fry snack. Waste of 12$.

  Manger at march 15 slammed good down when i was waiting an threw sauce in bag rudely manger is rude most of time this is not first time

  Always awesome experience at my local deland McDonalds!! Holly and all others on staff tonight did a fantastic job great personalities and great energy!!
