I dont know why I keep.coming here, the burgers are always awful. Hot, mushy tomato, barely any lettuce or onions. The burger is always half off the bun and there are always more condiments on the inside of the wrapper than on the bun. Its NOT that hard to do your job. I'm more surprised when my good is decent that when its not. DO BETTER WENDY'S!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I wish there was an option to give -10..

Literally leaving the drive thru reached in my bag for a hot french fry and the were cold.
My burger was cold ..I was shocked because I didn't even leave the parking lot yet... wasn't going to be late for my appointment 😞

The staff at the drive-thru were quite rude. The person taking orders seemed uninterested and acted like she didn’t want to be there. It really affected the overall experience. I hope the management can address this and remind the team about the importance of good customer service.

Ordered here today and the girl at the window was absolutely terrible to me and my father: he kindly asked her to repeat her question and she started yelling into the mic rudely- which mind you, also needs fixed. I understand that you might have had a terrible day but you shouldn’t take it out on the costumers: that is how you lose your business. If you can’t regulate your emotions; go to a therapist, and if you cant go to a therapist: practice how to be a better person at home.
Theirs no need to be a hateful person- I hope that girl finds a way to love herself.
