  Does it really take an hour to make nuggets? On top of that, just got home and my 10pc nugget is missing completely. Lemonade are watery. This is unacceptable after spending so much money

  I’m usually super lenient with night shift considering I work at McDonald’s for night shift so I understand and I give people the benefit of the doubt; however, it’s insane to me to be so blatantly obvious that you’re annoyed to be doing your job that you get paid for. I really didn’t order much so I don’t see how it’s a giant deal. We got to the window and you can hear some of the workers walking past the window and saying that the nuggets are going to be a 35 minute wait. 😐 And on top of that as I was ordering you can hear workers in the background speaking very loudly with annoyance that I was ordering.

  Third time I've been charged for items I didn't receive, had to start asking for my receipts since they never give them out. There's a couple of young men working the window lately that are not at all friendly

  Order a baked potato, got fries. Called and was told sorry we have all new people. So you are hiring people who don’t know the difference between French fries and baked potatoes! Got it! Smh!

  Honestly, the service was not the best, I had to wait about 10 minutes to make my order and the worst I received my cold food completely, as if I were in a fridge and it was not what I asked for.
