- RLRen LorDec 10, 20254.0I love coming here!! But… there was so much confusion as the general manager EMILY didn’t read my receipt the last five days. On my receipt says “PU” means PICK UP I’m a customer that made an order on UBER EATS to PICK UP my own order I usually ordered my breakfast on uber eats to pick up as a CUSTOMER. I was able to pick up my food twice in drive thru but the third time, the general manager EMILY got confused and ASSUMED i was an uber DRIVER???!!! She refused me service in drive thru and came out to my car to specifically tell me to walk in to get my own food!!! I had to drive out of drive-through and then parked somewhere to walk inside to quickly grab my breakfast and quickly get to work. And then two mornings in a row I was able to walk inside to pick up my own food. Then the third morning in a row (TODAY: this morning) the general manager REFUSED to give me my food Because again she ASSUMED I was a driver. She demanded for a confirmation number. I told her I didn’t need to provide a confirmation number two days in a row yesterday or the day before. I would have to go into my car to grab my phone to get a confirmation number. I usually leave my phone in the car so i can quickly go in n out to get my food. My phone was on my dash on it’s phone holder, which would have to be unhooked and hooked back in. She looked at the receipt again and then gave me food without making me go back out and back in. She tried to explain with excuses saying she thought I was an Uber driver. I told her I had to go to work. I wasn’t gonna stand there and listen to her explain to herself. I called back this same morning and asked questions to clarify everything. As an uber eats customer whom ordered from uber eats for herself is in fact, allowed to to pick up in drive thru after all. The general manager made it seem like it was my fault because she said I didn’t clarify it in the drive-through. I usually always said, “I’m here to pick up an order for Ren.” And i got my order perfectly fine in drive thru two times. I don’t know what was so confusing with anything I’ve said. But if there was any confusion, the manager should’ve asked me instead of jumping to assumption that I was an Uber Eats driver and then to REFUSE handing me my order in drive thru and by making me walked inside the mornings in a row to pick up my own food!!
