  I ordered a side of beans and the bowl was a quarter filled. Employee must have been scooping with their eyes shut. I want a refund immediately.

  Even with a mobile order it was almost a 20 min wait at the drive thru. And the food was actually not what I ordered but I didnt want to wait in line again to get it fixed

  First off, I wanted to say that I have been to this tacobell multiple times and each time I hoped for a better experience. I will never be visiting this location again. Every time we get our order, the food is cold and put together poorly, the customer service is always awful.. well today my family and I were having the best Valentines Day and decided to come here, we went through the drive thru after making an online order and there was someone working in the drive thru window who had a problem with me asking for some fire sauce. Nothing but rude, unprofessional behavior from this individual. We tried to ignore that but once we looked through our food we realized it was all cold and rock hard (fries and churro bites) so my wife had to go inside and overheard another person in the drive thru say "Wow shes rude". (Talking about the same rude girl that took our order) she starts talking loudly where everyone can clearly hear her saying "haha! She said i was rude" Well I will completely agree with that individual that this employee was extremely rude. This taco bell needs to do better about who they hire. I want a full refund on my order. Which they were unable to do so, now I'm going to have to have the bank charge it back. Horrible food, Horrible customer service. Anytime I drive by this location, I will pretend like this restaurant does not exist. I don't appreciate my time or money being wasted on this terrible experience.

  My wife and I have been going here about once a month for the last couple of years and thought we finally found a Taco Bell that did it right from service to food quality and cleanliness, but today 2/10/26 at 2:16 pm, it was nothing like that. Coldness in the burritos, lack of flavor, dirty tables. We think because we looked upset about the long wait for somebody to take our order at the counter they gave us the bad attitude and bad food no doubt. Seems like new personel and management. I'm feeling sick as I write this! Stay away from this Taco Hell.

  I was ordering food here for my lunch break last week, and I had to order at the digital kiosks due to insistance of the employees. And after almost 20 minutes I finally received my food, however I had to literally say multiple times that I infact DID want my drink. The female employee that talked to me was extremely rude and kept pestering me to get a different replacement drink despite paying almost 8 dollars for the one I ordered. And when she finally started making me my drink she was openly complaining and cussing, even to my face about how inconvenient it was to make, underfilling my cup, and slamming the drink down on the counter, still cursing!! My food was cold by the time I left, and I was absolutely starving and disappointed. I am NEVER ordering from this location ever again!
