It was 15 minutes before someone came out to deliver the wrong order. 10 minutes later someone else came out and asked what I ordered and took my receipt inside. 10 minutes later came back with my order and it was wrong again! 30 minutes to wait for over priced low quality food is terrible... I would give 0 stars for a rating if I could!

First time I specifically asked no cheese and there was cheese. Second time I’m just completely missing my nuggets from my meal. Don’t waste your time here. You’d be better off driving the extra 10 minutes and actually getting your order correct.

- DEDominick EstridgeJan 25, 20261.0this is usually my go to mcdonald’s but not anymore. i find it absolutely appalling that a manager will talk down on a TEENAGE employee in front of customers and belittle her, not that if she did it in private would be any better. the GM of this mcdonald’s needs to retrain their manager Crystal and teach her how to effectively speak to the employees, especially to the ones who this is most likely their first job and they’re still learning. i think people forget that we’re all human, make mistakes, and have to start somewhere, just like we all did. it’s sickening to see a person of “power” treat a literal child like this & i’m so repulsed by watching this interaction happen. sincerely, an annoyed dad of a 16 year old who is soon going to start working & praying that no one ever treats her like this. DO BETTER!
