McDonald’s corporate leadership needs to step in immediately and unannounced, because this location is a health hazard and a brand failure. The level of filth and disregard for food safety is shocking. I witnessed an employee carry a box labeled “McNuggets” to the trash, dump it, then pick his nose while walking back inside—and never wash his hands before returning to handle food and customer orders. That alone is an unforgivable health code violation.
These are not isolated incidents. This location routinely allows employees to vape inside the restaurant, prepare food without hair nets, and handle buns and food with bare hands. The lack of sanitation, supervision, and accountability is appalling. If corporate believes this store meets McDonald’s standards, then corporate clearly hasn’t been here.
The food quality reflects the chaos behind the counter: smashed and sloppy sandwiches, missing items, ignored special instructions, stale bread, no receipts offered, and consistently rude, careless employees. Everything about this location screams poor management and zero oversight.
Corporate needs to walk in unannounced and witness these violations firsthand, because this store does not need minor coaching—it needs a full management overhaul and complete operational reset. Until that happens, this McDonald’s is unsafe, unprofessional, and a disgrace to the brand.
Once my app points are gone, I will not return. McDonald’s should be deeply concerned that customers are leaving not over price or convenience, but because this location has made it clear that health, cleanliness, and customer safety do not matter here.

This place surely does not care about image or quality or respect of their customers , thanks for smashing all our food like our business doesn’t matter , spent 31$ for food and couldn’t make it right or prepare it with care. I’d rather go eat at a real restaurant for the price we pay here I could have had a better meal elsewhere

Got my order wrong. Corrected it after having me pay more. I will always pay for what I want but it was a disaster trying to watch them figure it out.

The staff was extremely rude and ignored me when I came in asking about my curbside order I placed an hour before. The manager Joseph accused me of not paying and after showing my receipt still didn’t believe me. Once he finnaly decided to give me my order he tossed the drink cups at me and told me to get them myself. Extremely unsatisfying experience here.

I picked up my order tonight all to be rudely rushed through all to wait 20 mins for my food all to come home no cheese on my cheeseburger I ordered and given a vanilla milkshake instead of strawberry. If you can’t have the right workers working go find another job. This McDonald’s I have observed a lot of things but the fact I waited for my order and pregnant at that and they messed up my order.
