- SSSŁYNov 10, 20251.0Employees improperly disposing grease resulting in fecal matter backing up in the ice machine area, dishwashing area and soda syrup area. Freezers for fryer stock not making proper temperature (nuggets, mchicken, fish filet, etc) are thawing out due to a broken freezer. Grill area not practicing proper food safety 4:1 and 10:1 meat is coming up pink and not meeting correct temperature. Store is infiltrated by a Clique of people who discriminated against new employees and employees that are interested in moving up in the company. General manager has been informed of all of these issues yet decided to not take any action. General manager is showing favoritism towards the management team that isn’t working on the correct policies or procedures. I followed all food safety protocols and made concerns about current work environment and was targeted by the clique who harassed me and my girlfriend. General manager fired 4 people without warning or valid reasoning. General manager continues to hire employees that are apart of the friends or family of the current establishment clique. Further action is required!

Staff looked like they couldn’t care less if customers starved to death outside. If this is how they run the place, just shut it down already. Absolute joke of a McDonald’s.
- OZOkeemah ZerniakOct 17, 20251.0Not only eating food here myself by delivering food for others through Uber Eats, this place is ALWAYS slow, it took me 20 minutes to get an order that was only cookies and 2 large drinks. It took another 20 minutes to get a drink replaced because they did not give the right one to begin with after their machine was broken and offered a different kind of drink even before that. TL:DR- if you’re an Uber Delivery Driver, be prepared to wait 20+ minutes especially if you have more than one order at the same place. The first order will be cold by the time the second one is ready. *Even if the parking lot and restaurant itself is empty with no customers.
