  I usually don't make it a point to write a negative review but today is the exception. I come to this Dunkin location almost every morning and if you know this Dunkin you would know that the drive through line reaches all the way to 92 during the morning rush and once you're in line, there is literally no way out but to keep going until you reach the entrance. I usually order an avocado toast with bacon and add extra bacon. Today I drove through with my daughter who needed to get to school by 7:45am. After receiving my order I promptly leave and once I get to the light I notice the avocado toast had NO bacon even though the sticker on the outside clearly states what was ordered. I didn't have time to turn around and make another line of 30 minutes to get my order fixed so I dropped off my daughter and drove back to Dunkin. 30 minutes later I took the time to make the line again but I decided to park and walk in. I showed them the toast and instead of making a new one the man looked at the sticker on the outside and his watch. Clearly he was looking at the time stamp. So he threw some soggy bacon on the same now soggy avocado toast and gave it right back to me. Now this is not the first time that I have issues here with the same order. I can understand they're busy but this stuff is pricey and if you made a mistake and the customer has gone out of their way to come back, the least you can do is make it right and replace the whole toast. When I got to work I couldn't eat the very soggy avocado toast with under cooked bacon on it so I tossed it. I will be avoiding this Dunkin from here on out.

  I just posted on yelp now posting here their medium caramel cappuccino with an extra shot doesn’t miss. I think about this coffee too much way better than ⭐️💰

  Staff is condescending, refuses to help if you have issues with an order. Actively ignored me when I came in. Kelly is awful, she cancelled a pickup order and demanded a confirmation number and name after I had my boyfriend reorder. Repeated told me his original order was cancelled EVEN after I told them he put in another one!

  This is the worst Dunkin's I have ever been to. Beware, the inefficient Kiosk system inside makes everything go extremely slow and is cash only!! Inedible burnt food and both coffee drinks were made completely incorrectly. Dear, Duncan Donut's ----STOP putting those ineffective kiosks in your stores. Your customers do not want them! You're helping shape the future dystopian nightmare. Plus, no one wants to touch other people's something that thousands of other people's grubby fingers have been on. It's unsanitary and disgusting on multiple levels. By implementing these systems the only persons you will be cutting will be your customer base.

  Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever in Deland they don’t give you military discount. You can’t go in and pay cash. You have to go through the drive-through worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever that I been too
