Inedible burnt food and both coffee drinks were made completely incorrectly. Dear, Duncan Donut's ----STOP putting those ineffective kiosks in your stores. Your customers do not want them! You're helping shape the future dystopian nightmare. Plus, no one wants to touch other people's something that thousands of other people's grubby fingers have been on. It's unsanitary and disgusting on multiple levels. By implementing these systems the only persons you will be cutting will be your customer base.

- MRMeredyth RennakerDec 3, 20251.0The man at the window was very rude when asked for a bag for the food he already handed us (which should’ve been in a bag anyways), he proceeded to hand us the smallest bag possible, which would not even slightly fit the box handed to us. When asked for a bigger bag, he very unprofessionally rolled his eyes & grabbed a bag (still not big enough for the food), but before he handed the bag to us, he asked for the smaller bag back. We told him that we had already touched it & it is unsanitary to take it back, which he rebutted with “We’re supposed to charge for the bags.” It was a small paper bag & it is disgusting to know that not only are they using bags for food that are taken back through the window but cheap & greedy for claiming he would charge us for it even though we paid $15 for food & bad service. Not going back; disgusting service & can’t even imagine how unclean the establishment is after this experience.
