  Nothing much to say. Everything you would expect from a Chipotle. Good food, quick and easy.

  I came in around lunch time on Sunday, January 4th. the host at the time was Kennedy. The staff was just unbelievably rude. It was particularly two young women working the front. One who was making bowls, she barely gave me any rice and when I asked politely for another scoop she (not exaggerating) put a little more than a tablespoon amount. I didn’t know chipotle was rationing white rice. I asked for double steak but gave me a touch over one serving. This has happened multiple times with this one young woman, who wears lash extensions. Then the cashier, who I can only assume is Kennedy cause her name was on my receipt gave me the nastiest and entitled attitude because I said “it was supposed to be for here, i’m not sure why she (the other worker) put a lid on it. Could I get a tray?” She was obviously irritated with me, but for why? I could never guess. She forgot to give me my drink so when I asked, she, with the same attitude gives it to me. Like, usually I have a great experience at the south deland chipotle, and the servings there are good! But these two women every time I encounter one of them, I get uncommonly poor customer service. Like i’m not trying to suggest that I’m deserving of exceptional service, I would just like to get my moneys worth of food, and not have to experience adversarial entitlement and rude attitude when there was no issue between her and I, all the while I’m trying to spend my money. Heads up if anyone’s trying to go to a chipotle in DeLand. The one in north DeLand by planet fitness is ten times better!

  Where do I start, placed an online order, went in order was ready. Got home and the entire order was a failure. First of all ordered double protein, I don't even think they remembered protein at all asked for extra romaine lettuce, again no lettuce, unless jalapeños are now lettuce because I didn’t ask for jalapeños but they were plentiful. So I called the store, they have an AI answering system that will not let you speak to a person. Well drove back to the store today, 30 minutes asked for the manager, Ms. Kalissa appeared, 35 years in this business and I pray that none of my managers ever behave in this manner. She was non apologetic, and referred me to another phone number, when I asked her if a person would answer she stated she didn't know, she only gives out the number, she doesn't call it. Do better Chipotle train your managers better than this, the total disregard this manager gave was an indication of what she feels for the company she works for.

  I've never had a problem with Chipotle. Food is always fresh, service is quick, and I like that most of them have outdoor seating.

  Went here last week because I recently found out you guys close at 11 So when I got off work and got there around early 10pm with my coworker, the girl tells us there almost out of white rice, so I ask for the brown rice then I asked for steak and the girl then tells me “are you okay with the bottom of the barrel?” I was baffled with her choice of words but it’s late and was hungry and ready to go home so I said yeah.. then I asked for sour cream she said we’re out of that and guac and chimichurri and almost out of everything.. so as she’s ringing us up like 5 more people are coming in and it’s not even 10:30pm and barley have any food! She gives us the cheese and chips which were stale as hell! This was the worst experience ever!
