  I asked for no ice matcha with lavender it doesn’t even taste like matcha or lavender was in it it also taste just completely watered down with some milk. I was so disappointed. They also did not give me a receipt i was there last night around 7:50pm February 24th at the 2597 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL 32720 location

  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at 7Brew, and I won’t be coming back any time soon. It was due to the rudest girl who took my order. From the moment I pulled up, she had a terrible attitude. She was short, dismissive, and acted like taking my order was an inconvenience over being on her phone. When I asked a simple question, she responded with obvious irritation and a tone that was flat-out rude. My dearest apologies I I didn’t know an answer about your NEW menu drink? Customer service is so lost nowadays. I valued when I receive good service here. The eye-rolling, the sharp responses, and the overall nasty vibe made the whole interaction uncomfortable and off putting. The cashier told me her name was Lany.

  I have been coming to this location since it has opened. Everything has been great up until a couple months ago. I have been very upset with this and what I have seen. I have gone a couple of times. This young lady looks so heart broken. When is it ok to let your employees BULLY another employee. I have seen it and I have also ask this young girl is she was okay. Which she is not. I for one will not support a company that lets bully occur.

  I love 7 Brew, and I’ve been a customer for about a year now. The other day, I ordered a drink from the location in Daytona Beach, and on the way home I took a sip and realized it just didn’t taste good. I was already on the highway, and there were no exits to turn around until DeLand. I stopped at the 7 Brew in DeLand and asked if they could swap out my drink. The worker initially agreed and took my drink inside. He then came back out and said he actually couldn’t, and then offered to dump my drink. I didn’t really know what to do or say since he was already holding my drink, and I already felt bad and uncomfortable for even asking to have it remade, so I just agreed. I then realized that was just wrong of them to do, because now I was out $7 and had no drink. I asked if I could at least get a voucher or something, since my drink was dumped and I literally wasted $7 on something that was poured out. He brought me over to a blonde woman who then said no, they were not remaking it, and I had to go back to the other location that was 30 minutes away. I asked how I was supposed to go back when I no longer had the drink as proof of purchase since they had just dumped it. She told me she couldn’t do anything. I was genuinely so embarrassed that I even asked. The worker made me feel incompetent and was quite harsh and rude. I’m pretty soft spoken. I don’t normally, if ever, ask for things to be remade or sent back. So the fact this was my first time asking and getting shot down so harshly was pretty humiliating. I’ve never had this type of experience at 7 Brew before. If I had realized I was genuinely getting no drink at all and wasting $7, I wouldn’t have let the worker take my drink if I had known they couldn’t remake it. I used to love 7 Brew, and more specifically the Woodland location, but this experience has really turned me off from them. I also ordered a water from this location a couple of days ago, and there was a piece of cardboard in it. I didn’t mind at the time because I genuinely didn’t care, but after this recent experience, I realized this location isn’t as great as I thought it was :/
