  Worst customer service ever. I went through the drive through and ordered a medium iced latte, when I received it it was all ice. I went inside and asked to have remade and was told it is a measured drink and if I wanted less ice it would be short lol. All 3 of the girls behind the counter gave me a hard time remade my drink and handed it to me literally 3 inches from being full! I didn't take the drink and walked out without my drink or a refund!!!!!!!! These girls shouldn't give me a hard time I come to that location daily but I will not return after today 3/25/26 at 2:10 pm

  I got a drink, asked for and got charged for extra expresso and light ice, and got back a drink that was 80% ice with out the expresso i paid for. This has happened multiple times. Do not go here.

  I usually don't make it a point to write a negative review but today is the exception. I come to this Dunkin location almost every morning and if you know this Dunkin you would know that the drive through line reaches all the way to 92 during the morning rush and once you're in line, there is literally no way out but to keep going until you reach the entrance. I usually order an avocado toast with bacon and add extra bacon. Today I drove through with my daughter who needed to get to school by 7:45am. After receiving my order I promptly leave and once I get to the light I notice the avocado toast had NO bacon even though the sticker on the outside clearly states what was ordered. I didn't have time to turn around and make another line of 30 minutes to get my order fixed so I dropped off my daughter and drove back to Dunkin. 30 minutes later I took the time to make the line again but I decided to park and walk in. I showed them the toast and instead of making a new one the man looked at the sticker on the outside and his watch. Clearly he was looking at the time stamp. So he threw some soggy bacon on the same now soggy avocado toast and gave it right back to me. Now this is not the first time that I have issues here with the same order. I can understand they're busy but this stuff is pricey and if you made a mistake and the customer has gone out of their way to come back, the least you can do is make it right and replace the whole toast. When I got to work I couldn't eat the very soggy avocado toast with under cooked bacon on it so I tossed it. I will be avoiding this Dunkin from here on out.
