  We ordered 3 different items and all were little disappointed with our coffees and teas. Customer service was great but slow.

  Normally it's a good place to get coffee an normally I tip. But not this morning. Employees were cuddling in the corner talking. I was there waiting an waiting to get service only one there. Nothing till 2 other cars pulled up. An then goes to the other cars first. Smh. It's great for employees to have a good relationship but come on your basically starting peoples days an now I'm getting to work later cause your conversation. Cost me time an money. That puts food on my family table. Regular an tipping customer Won't be back for awhile

  I always go to seven brew and usually their service is great but I came in the morning and I was in line wanting to order two drinks and when I was in line the person who takes the orders was talking for a very long time time to the car in front of me and when he was talking to the care in front of me he looked at me twice and when he was finally done talking to the person in front of me he didn’t even take my order and went to the car in the other line and I was there a while before them so I left the line because i felt like that was disrespectful. I am disappointed at the fact that this wasn’t just a one time mistake this has happened twice to me before. I usually love coming here but the fact that this has happened twice to me already makes me want to come less and less.
