  I was not pleased with the rushing me when taking my order. I haven’t been to TB in years. I explained I needed to look at menu and I felt rushed. When I got to the window she took my money gave me my bag and immediately was advised to wait. She forgot my cinnamon twists. Upon getting home I didn’t receive my husband 2 tacos as ordered and no receipt on bag. Not pleased. I attempted to call and complain and recording came on ,not answering calls!!😡

  So glad they use real people taking orders the AI ordering was absolutely terrible. I will continue to visit here as long as they do not go back to that!!! Fairly quick and I have not had any issues with them messing up the order.

  Girl brings our food out and I ask if we can get any sauce. She says there is none that the truck didn’t come with any. I’m not that dumb cmon now we pull around because we didn’t get any napkins/missing food also and I look in the window at where they keep the sauce over the register and every bin is full. I said hey while I’m at it can I get some sauce she acts like she didn’t just completely lie in my face. Barely any meat on my taco. Never go here past 4pm if you have any self respect. They’ve given me cold chunky hard nacho cheese at night. Stale chalupa shells before also. It’s just always something seriously then they get mad or annoyed when you say something. They were out of churros also (which isn’t the issue). Then offered Cinnabons as a replacement and didn’t give us any. They were pulling around EVERY single car (like 3 of us) who all got there at least a minute or two apart. I understand needing to pull people it’s not like I haven’t worked fast food I get the struggle it sucks but just because you’re lazy and hate your job doesn’t mean you have to LIE about being out of something as simple as sauce. You’re genuinely going to cause MORE problems for yourself. Why not just get the sauce the first time? How is wasting my time and more of yours helping your night go by any faster??? I only go when certain people are working now and I generally avoid going at night unless someone else chooses too. In that case I prepare myself to have to take photos and or argue then come back later every single time. Also she yelled over me when I was MID sentence at the speaker. She said “you have a chalupa with no tomato” and I tried to ask “yes, and there should be a second one right?” And she just ignores my question and yells “WE DONT HAVE CHURROS” and tells me to pull around. To which I’m in complete shock so I’m just like wow alright then. Didn’t even actually ask us what we want instead or if we just want to get a refund so I had to ask her what we could get after she told us to pull around😂 absolutely ridiculous they don’t do something about their employees being genuinely the rudest people in the world. You applied to Taco Bell willingly just to ruin random people’s nights. Makes no sense to me if you hate your job so bad quit fr you shouldn’t be working customer service if you can’t handle giving someone some sauce. I understand when you get a mean customer MATCH their energy alll day long I would too but when you have someone who genuinely is being nice saying thank you sorry etc there’s no reason to take out your personal issues on them. I’ve waited genuinely SOOO long to leave this review because there are some really nice managers that do make it right, actually probably a good year of bad experiences that’s why it’s so long. No hate to those managers that always handled their employees problems with kindness. I appreciate yall
