  Got two of my cheeseburgers out of 4 wrong and forgot a 6piece nugget I asked for sweet and sour at the window and they made me pull up and put ranch and bbq no sweet and sour in the bag

  Zachery Campbell have excellent customer service. We was blessed to have the experience of having Zachery Campbell as our driver thru host and he was above and beyond with customer service and explaining anything that was asked. He have a wonderful overall attitude and it shows from Beginning to end of us ordering ….thank you so much for this experience

  I come here quite often but I get tired of not having items, getting the wrongs items, going through the drive through just to be sent to drive through parking.. why have a drive through when you have to park and wait for your food anyways? This morning for example; I could’ve gone to Waffle House, sat down and had food in front of me by the time I got my breakfast order because I had to park and wait for 3 more cars that were in front of me to get their food. And don’t get me started on the “deals” in the app.. there are so many exclusions that there’s no point in using the deals. Even trying to use the rewards is a hassle since you can’t use them half of the time with other things you order. I’ve spent lots of money here just to be disappointed time and time again. This morning is no different.

  Whoever was seasoning the patties tonight needs some glasses. I like pepper, but that was hard to eat. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese. Thanks for the bacon I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Archer Burger was way too sour for me. There was dill pickles on it, way too much mustard, and some kind of sour crazy sauce. But after I scraped all that off and added ketchup it was a whole lot better
