  McDonald’s is pretty much what you expect—nothing out of the ordinary, but it gets the job done. The food was decent, and the experience was consistent with what you’d expect from a typical visit. It’s a reliable spot if you’re looking for a quick and easy meal on the go. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but nothing was bad either—just a standard, average experience.

  Every time I've been here my food is hot and fresher than other mcdonald's. Seems to take a little longer, but definitely worth any wait. There can be high traffic because it's right off the highway but stop at this one!

  This was absolutely the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. Ketchup stains on the tables. The bathroom was not nice. Some of the workers were standing around doing nothing. Not your typical McDonald's. The Manager needs to manage and not be friends with the workers or guess what, they take advantage.

  There is one lady there that makes my frapees perfect I pay extra to add more caramel and chocolate and expresso and most of the time my frapees look reg even tho its definitely doesn't cost as much as regular one cause adding extra chocolate and caramel and expresso is definitely pricey! So I will go all the way to the mossyhead McDonald's just because of this lady she makes the best caramel frapees and she makes it right with extra like I ordered and definitely makes me feel like I actually got what I paid for and ordered! Wish I would have gotten her name and her schedule lol so I can make sure I only go when she working! We need more people like her in this world she's always courteous and friendly people like her make your business look good and she deserves recognition and praise ! Cause she makes my day everytime I get my frapees from their !

  Went for a spicy mcchicken at the mossy head McDonalds, took two bites of the sandwich and felt the texture was mushy….took a closer look and the chicken is raw, I mean I can see chunks of chicken…..this completely ruined my appetite and didn’t eat the fries or the nuggets I ordered cause I was completely disgusted…. Called the manager Mike and he offered to remake it….i said no my appetite was ruined not to mention I could get salmonella or food poisoning from this….he said to come by to resolve the issue so I did. When I got there I asked for Mike and showed him the sandwich and he said ok, I expected a full refund back and he only refunded me for the mcchicken it’s self…..you can see that it ruined my entire meal and everything else was in the bag…. Unfortunately now I need to contact corporate and report this issue!!! Check your food before you eat it, I sure didn’t and now I run the risk of getting sick…..🤢
