I am going to just reference our latest visit. Not only was our food wrong (again) but our tots and fries were soaked in oil as if they weren't drained at all before being put into the containers. Two of the three order screens were broken and not tagged. Management doesn't offer solutions to missing food items, or incorrect items. If you're thinking of stopping here, just don't. Go somewhere else.
