When I arrived at the drive-thru, my order was not properly checked in, and I was initially handed someone else’s food. On top of that, my caramel frappé was made incorrectly. I ordered it with no whipped cream, but it came with whipped cream anyway, and the caramel was only drizzled on top instead of being blended into the drink. Mobile ordering is supposed to make things quicker and more accurate, but this visit was neither. I hope the team can improve attention to detail and accuracy, especially with mobile orders.

So needless to say lobby is NEVER clean...multiple visits. Shift manager clueless and cussing about customers banging on third drive thru window. Very poorly managed and terrible customer service. Recommend skipping this location due to cleanliness and total lack of training - haven't seen a double folded bag in YEARS at this point and customer service is non-existent. No greetings, no thank you, no smile. Its all gone folks
