I visit this location often as I live nearby and after this incident. I will not be back. When I brought up an issue with my order, Shanetra responded with immediate defensiveness and argument rather than listening or attempting to resolve the situation. There was no ownership, no solution offered, and no effort to provide even basic courtesy. During the conversation, she abruptly shut the drive-thru window in the middle of me speaking. That action alone speaks volumes about the level of professionalism being exercised in a leadership role. Management positions require composure, accountability, and the ability to handle concerns without escalating tension. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience for expecting the correct order and respectful treatment. If this is the standard of management at this location, it raises serious questions about training and oversight. Customer concerns should never be dismissed, and respectful communication should not be optional. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I will be reporting this “manager” to corporate.

- MLMarian LucyFeb 22, 20262.0My order was wrong after double checking triple checking quadrupling checking and everything on the screen looked correct and then I was driving off I noticed something was like added got to the window I said I'm only getting one soda right he says yes I pulled up after paying for my order and the lady hands me two sodas and I said I only ordered one soda and I haven't verified it with him but the other window she says oh well it already poured out too so you want both of them and I said well yeah I paid for it. And it was a waste of everything because the sodas tasted nasty didn't even taste like soda so good luck stopping at this one
