I have lived here very regularly and the location of my home in relation to the other deliveries has never been a problem. After working 10 hours today, I was very much looking forward to having something for dinner, So you can only imagine my shock and disappointment when they told me I would be getting a refund instead of something to eat. Person on the phone was very unprofessional and to be honest it sounded like they just didn't want to be there. Maybe you should hire employees that actually want a job.
