    This Wendy’s needs to be thrown away. The service is terrible, always making you wait like their food is top tier…. They always trying to beat their clock. Well they really tricking their clock. I am in drive thru waiting for over 10 minutes and to drive around no one is in front of me. Remind yall this is not my first time or 3rd time more like millions ( my daughter likes Wendy’s and this is the closest one)……please fix this Wendy’s!!!

    Store is an absolute nightmare for drivers or just customers. The level of incompetence is mind blowing. You want to do a study on minimum wage work ethics? Go there.

    I don't like to complain at all and have respect towards all restaurant workers, especially those in fast food environments but you know it's bad when I gotta write a whole paragraph of my experience there today. My sister and I walked in and were originally going to dine it. We went to the register and the young lady with short hair was cold and subtly rude. Despite us being polite, smiling and respectful to her, she didn't smile once and painfully showed she doesn't working there. I get it, jobs can be tough and draining but I'm sure she had experienced with worse than what she was getting from us. I asked for a frosty instead of a soft drink for my biggie combo, she ends up charging as a separate item but I went with it and paid it extra. She didn't fill up the cup all the way and I asked her nicely to add more since I have gone to the local other Wendy's and know they fill it all the way up. She refuses, saying it's up the line even when I told her most places do all the way to the top. She still didn't and was just not pleasant to be around. She didn't give me a spoon for my frosty , I asked for it and she points it over to the empty, disheveled station with barely any forks and guess what? NO SPOONS. but why would she care? Even after telling her, she shrugs and says that where they are. She spoke to her coworkers and clearly they were talking about us and looking at us, not sleek at all . It's disappointing to see how they treat their customers. I was so frustrated with everything that I ended up grabbing my food and leaving to eat at home instead of the restaurant like we originally wanted. If you are reading this, this is may be a sign for go job hunting else where because seriously what was that

    Drive though ladies were absolutely horrible. They charged me for a chili instead of a chocolate shake. No rereading the order back though the speaker. When asked to add a small chocolate frosty they rudely said we dont talk any orders at the window you have to drive around. With the mamager standing right there!!! If I ever catch any sort of attitude like that from my emoplyees...... horrible. Salads were placed in the big on there side where tjey opened upon inspection. Absloutly horrible. 0.1 outta 10. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

    I placed my order through the app to make the process quicker and more convenient. When I arrived to pick up my food, the employee at the front gave my order to the car in front of me. When I informed her that the order was mine, she refused to take responsibility for the mistake, denied me both a refund and a replacement, and began raising her voice while blaming me for the situation. I had to ask another employee to step in and assist me, and they were the one who ultimately remade my order. The employee who initially handled the situation (last name Perline) behaved in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Customers should not be blamed or yelled at for mistakes made by staff. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure it does not happen to other customers.
