  The manager “sidonise” was extremely rude being lippy to me and everyone else in front counter I waited 17 minutes just to order and a kid behind me waited 15 minutes just literally to get a knife and sidonise told him to give her “ a few minutes” I then 17 minutes later my order was finally just being taken by her and then she talks to another customer who’s behind me and tells me to hold on in a lippy tone then another 2 minutes I finally placed my order half a hour at a fast food restaurant :fyi if you go through drive through service Is actually not bad because that’s literally all they focus on every single person drive through and grill

  I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a warm coffee, but I was given a cold one instead. That was already frustrating, but it got worse. When I went back and asked the employee to fix it, she seemed rushed and did not really listen. She quickly gave me another coffee, but this one was somehow even worse. It tasted salty and nothing like coffee at all. It was completely undrinkable. At that point, it just felt careless. If employees were properly trained and actually took a second to pay attention, situations like this would not happen. Making a simple coffee and correcting an order should not be this difficult. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Between getting the wrong order and then receiving something that did not even taste like coffee, I was really disappointed.

  40 minutes for fast food in the drive thru. Wild work.
