  Person on the speaker didn't know what they sold. Once I got my order turns out they don't even know what to put in a five layer burrito.

  I got the whole order wrong, as I order a chalupa, my burrito grill and cinnamon twist. You couldn’t order at the drive thru only online. Maybe the employee needed a day off, I always say if your attitude is not to be at work call the day off. Don’t ruin it for others.

  This location is hit or miss and miss in the most frustrating ways. Almost any time I order from the mobile app, I pull up give the name and come to the window as told. I pull up and they tell me to either pull to the side and they will bring it out or to back up and pull forward again. I’m assuming to reset their timing in some way. This last time was unfortunate timing and Christmas Eve. They were scheduled to close at 7 so we placed an order at 5:30. When I pull up at 6:15 the person at the order kiosk was rude and when I got to the window they said they had no order with that name. I provided the order number and they claimed they didn’t have it while crumpling the receipt and looking at the screen with the order pulled up. No, I never got this… sir, you’re looking right at it. Like I said, it was Xmas eve and they were closing in about a half hour so I said fine, can you just give me what you have available or tell me and I’ll request a refund but at least bring my hungry wife something. They said no, we can’t help you. Sorry we are closing soon.

  Clearly corporate does not care much about locations. They might just be happy with collect royalty. I can write an email and get credit but that’s not cutting it. Sending an email to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The shells were for sure expired and should not been able to be sold. I worked from T-bell back in the day and I know what goes on.
