Too bad, the food is not bad for the price, but there expectations of staff just stinks. It was a cold January day, I was thinking hot soup. Nope. Luke warm at best. It went downhill from there. There were not suppose to toast my 82 yr. old dad's sandwich so he could chew it. When I asked for replacement, the two teens behind the prep counter grinned at each other in disrespect and laughed at me when I walked away. Maybe hire people with some expectation that they can act more than 12 years old. My sandwich that is suppose to be a BLT had one tiny strip of bacon on each half...what??
