  I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent order of the Fuju Apple Chicken salad. The salad I received was not fresh, with notably withered greens the apples were soft not crispy, the grape tomatoes weren't red more on the brown side. I called and spoke to the manager (who was very nonchalant) who offered to replace the tomatoes alone and not the salad, I had to repeat and said it was the whole salad but I was too far from the cafe to go back plus I dont live in that area. I asked for a credit however I was told that I have to come in with the salad. Just a lesson learn to always check your food when doing take-out. Money wasted.

  Won't take large bills. Company prefers to pay processing fees and give customers less payment options.

  Panera Bread is shrinkflation at its finest. Portion sizes have gone down considerably and price has gone up. Our sandwiches had basically no meat and the bowl of soup is much smaller. You get 2x-3x more soup from buying the Panera in the store for the same price. What a joke. This is the last time I'll be going to any Panera Bread.

  Never order from here. I always use the one in Coral Springs, the 2 time I used Uber Eats for my meals here they messed it up. If I could give the service a 0 I would. I ordered a Greek Salad from here the other day and the chicken came hard and it tasted horrible. Not to mention the bread that came with it was hard as rock. The real issue was yesterday. I ordered a sandwich and specified ‘no bacon’. When my order came, it was completely covered in bacon. I tried to pick it out but I did not have time to pick out all the bits and pieces of bacon that was their mistake. At the time, I called them to let them know and a girl answered, she put me on hold and then they hung up in my face. I called a second time and another girl answered and all she said was ‘oh yea i see the problem’ and did not offer any help in terms of getting another one free of charge since it was THEIR mistake. Then she starts hinting it was my fault I did ubereats and did not order from the panera delivery itself because i couldn’t get a refund. I wasn’t asking for a refund its $10 I don’t care. I was asking if I could come pick another one up before work free of charge because it’s their fault. She had no clue what to do and I just hung up the phone and did not get to eat. I never do reviews ever but I just HAD to because the customer service here is horrible. Never go here. Go to Coral Springs or any other location but this one. If I could give 0 for food and service I would. I would never go to this location again, they did not even try to accommodate me for THEIR MISTAKE.
