I Had A Big event In November And Oderd 150 steak dinners cost me over $2500 dollars The delivery Was A Hour Late Thay Only Bring About 100 Steaks I Oderd Them medium well Thay Came Medium RARE! Thay Forgot To Bring The Salad so No salads whatsoever I Calld Up Told Them To Pick Up The Hole Oder Since Thay Destroyd The Entire event I spoke to the manager named Benjamin. He apologized and told me he’s not able to give me a refund because I paid in cash but what he could do is next event I Have. instead of 150 steaks Dinners he will give me 200 steak dinners On The House Okay I Agreed To That I Askd Him how long does this Offer stand? He told me he will be there for 4 years So The Offer Stands For The Next 4 Years And He Laughd He Sound Like A Nice Guy So I called Almost a Month Ago The beginning Of February I Ask To Speak To Benjamin but the Guy that answered the phone told me he remembers the situation but Benjamin no longer works there so I asked to speak to The Manager Available I Spoke To TJ/manger and he told me Benjamin no longer works There Since January, I told him the whole story and he told me that was probably Benjamin’s intentions He Probably Knew He Was Leaveing And That’s Why He Offerd Me All That..He explained to me he’s gonna see what he could do. and Call me Back He never Calld me Back I called Him Back quite a few times Already TJ is Giveing Me The Run around telling me he still Haves to Figure out what he could do, but it’s been one month now it shouldn’t take that long to figure it out They’re not doing anything about it. They literally STOLED from me over $2500. dollars LIED TO Me And Now There Playing Games With me Thinking I’m Crazy Giveing me the run around since 1 month now

For many years my number one reason for going there for lunch was for their French Onion soup, which was hands down the best I ever had which why today I was so disappointed. It tasted like a carton of salt was added to the pot. It was so salty it overpowered everything else. I have not been able to get rid of the taste even though it's been over six hours since I had it.Hope today was just a fluke as service and ambiance is great.
We were seated immediately and service was quick in the beginning. Our drinks, bread and appetizers came out quickly. However the mains took a long time.
Everything was delicious, although the Rockhampton Ribeye steaks were a little overdone. We had asked for them to be rare. The Seared Pepperer Ahi was fresh, however, very thin slices. I've had better ones at another restaurant.
All in all, friendly service and we enjoyed our time there.
Last night, I was extremely disappointed with the overall quality of the food at Outback Steakhouse. My kids and I stopped by after a movie and decided to wait it out for a table despite the extended wait time, hoping it would be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t.
I started with the coconut shrimp, which I’d rate a 6/10. It was decent, but nothing special. I also ordered the margarita flight, and it was overwhelmingly sweet—so much so that I couldn’t even finish two of the four. That was easily a 3/10.
For dinner, my kids ordered the kids cheeseburger and mac and cheese. When we unwrapped the silverware, it was covered with debris from leftover food, which was very off-putting. The cheeseburger was okay (6/10), but the mac and cheese was completely dry and bland (2/10).
I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta, and it was nearly sauceless. The chicken and shrimp on top were just as disappointing—lackluster and completely lacking seasoning. I’d give it a 3/10.
This was by far my worst experience at Outback. Between the cleanliness issues and the noticeable decline in food quality, I will not be returning.

Take out order . Waited for take out following their pick up guidelines . I headed to restaurant after got text that food was ready which took me like 12 min . Waited on their pick up area 25 min . Texted several times . It was Super Bowl Sunday . Some employee eventually came and said there was a problem and gave me the food almost 30 min after . He apologized and said owner would call me back and offer a refund since took soo long due to mix up . Never heard back , food was well by the time I came home soggy and cold . Cold steak , soggy quesadillas , etc . All items were as supposed so no mix up or omission. Just over 1 H cold meal .waste of $120 .
