Upon pulling up I asked the drive through attendant through the intercom if it’s only the breakfast menu or is the regular menu still available? She responded with the exact words “I believe so”. I asked “You believe so or are we saying no regular menu as your response confused me.” Her response in the most rudest tone was “The menu is on the screen!”. I then said “Mam all I asked was simply if the regular menu was available, that’s all. No need to get upset at a customer.” She said “GOODNIGHT THEN!” What a horrible experience for someone that works in restaurant management and just got off a 14 hour shift and simply was hoping for some Chicken Nuggets and call it a night. If that person is a manager she clearly needs retraining.
