The fries were extremely greasy and impossible to eat. I went to the counter to ask for a refund or replacement, but the employee Damize refused to do anything and was rude to me — she didn’t try to find a solution or call a manager. At the same time, a child (around 8 years old) came out from the kitchen area, which made me very concerned about hygiene and proper procedures. I’m very disappointed with the service and the lack of resolution. I hope management contacts me to explain what happened. I can provide the receipt and time of purchase if needed.
