  I don’t write reviews but the attitude and lack of care was really upsetting after paying almost $20 for 6 mid tier donuts. Came in there were 2 people in front of me. We ordered. And proceeded to wait for our order to be ready. Saw them box it and they just left it in the back. We just looked at it waiting for them to give us our donuts. After 10 minutes we got frustrated then asked the girl who helped us. She said “ask that guy he will help you my shift is done”. She was still in the back and rushed out as soon as we asked, To literally pick up a box and put it in a bag there was no need for that attitude. We were patient and didn’t cause disruption. She could have told her colleague to please get out order but instead she said that and rushed out. Plus the donuts were not great, not sure if they changed their recipe but subpar. Way too expensive, and terrible customer service. Not going back. she was wearing a yellow shirt, African American girl, didn’t get her name.

  I really enjoy visiting this Krispy Kreme with my family and children, and the staff and food are always great. However, there is an ongoing issue in the outdoor seating area that has made our visits uncomfortable. There is an elderly woman who frequently sits at the outdoor tables for long periods of time. She continuously smokes, plays videos loudly on her phone without headphones, and does not seem to respect other customers sharing the space. The cigarette smoke is constantly directed toward families who are trying to eat, making it impossible to enjoy a healthy and pleasant environment outside. In addition, her behavior — staring at customers and shaking her head in a disapproving way — makes guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, as if we are being pressured to leave. I truly like this location and would love to continue bringing my family here, but the outdoor seating area should be a comfortable and respectful space for everyone. I hope management can address this situation so all customers can enjoy their visit.

  For those wanting the true “red light” fresh glazed doughnut experience, you CANNOT GET THEM HERE. They receive their doughnuts from a central location and for the glazed, they are put through a flash warmer, and then glazed. Are they “hot”? No but warm. Are they fresh? No they are somewhat chewy, vs melt in your mouth fresh. Many will say they are fine, but not this KK purist.

  Krispy Kreme is always amazing! Tastes amazing! Had the original and the cinnamon roll which was GREAT! Came in and was busy with a huge order. The two behind the counter looked a little overwhelmed and you could definitely tell. Smile, smile, smile. If I have learned one thing in customer service it is smile! Even when you are overwhelmed. Good overall though and will be back because I can’t get enough of the donuts!
